This site is my small personal effort to increase the awareness of a sleep disorder called the Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). It also serves the purpose to help those who are suspected to have this problem, and provide a place for those who have already been diagnosed as sufferers to talk to each other.
Therefore, you can find loads of information here. They are all in plain layman's terms so no worries about reading fancy medical and technical terms here. I'll keep it as simple as possible, however there are some terms that we can not avoid to use.
